Spring Awakening: Understanding the Season's Real Estate Dynamics
Spring traditionally brings increased activity to the housing market. Here's what we're observing:
- Rising Inventory: More homeowners are listing their properties, providing buyers with a wider selection.
- Competitive Pricing: With increased listings, pricing your home appropriately is crucial to attract serious buyers.
- Interest Rates: Mortgage rates remain favorable, encouraging both first-time and seasoned buyers to make a move.
If you're considering buying or selling this season, let's connect to strategize your next steps.
